Founded in Ireland in 2010 by Rory O’Connor (CEO), Scurri is a cloud based fulfilment platform that easily integrates parcel carriers and merchants, quickly and cost effectively. Fuelled by the growth in online shopping in the UK and Ireland, the company has opened offices in London and the Scurri technology now manages millions of parcel deliveries for retailers and pure players including Vision Direct, Zara, Oxendales, Boohoo, ASOS and Missguided, and is integrated with delivery partners such as UPS, Royal Mail, DHL, TNT,DPD, Yodel and more.
The business’s success over the last few years has secured almost €3m in seed funding and an impressive board of directors and investors. South East BIC worked closely with Scurri and the Halo Business Angel Network to deliver funding from business angels and Enterprise Ireland. Scurri now employs 20 people, based in its head office in Wexford and in London.
