Michelle established and directed a successful homecare business for 10 years and played a pivotal role in the founding of the national homecare representative organisation. Her entrepreneurial spirit, cross sectorial experience, and ability to initiate, establish, manage and deliver projects enable her to work with start-up and growth businesses. Michelle has an MBS from UCC.
