Having delivered business planning supports to the Netwatch team, South East BIC’s consultants knew the founders of Halocare – David Walsh and Niall Kelly - so getting the call to support the new founders of Halocare was a welcome challenge. The BIC consultants delivered a series of strategic sessions and built out the foundations of the initial business plan and route to market plan with the David and Niall, resulting in an investor ready business plan. Following investment, Halocare became an Enterprise Ireland HPSU.
