Their AI based platform will automatically analyse the full customer call path, benchmark performance and alert on every single issue through the IVR and network to the agent, using a single test. Their software is helping to reduce the cost and risk of downtime on both speech and DTMF based IVR.
Klearcom’s CEO and Co-Founder Liam Dunne participated on the NDRC@Arclabs Accelerator where they won the top prize at the Accelerator’s Investor Showcase. They engaged with South East BIC to develop their fundraising strategy. Working closely with the team at South East BIC on their investor pitch preparation, business planning and financial modelling, the Klearcom team set about raising an initial seedround that was oversubscribed and filled by Furthr Ventures, HBAN’s Bloom syndicate and Enterprise Ireland. South East BIC worked on this successful round and was instrumental in their successful investment from Enterprise Ireland and since then have engaged closely with Klearcom to support them in the next phase of their funding strategy.
